Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Anticipated through January 22, 2027

Calling all customer service professionals! Our client is looking to bring in a Customer Support Consultant to join their onsite team in Westbrook. This is a great opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role with a respected organization offering a collaborative and supportive environment. This position pays $20–$21 per hour and is expected to last through January 22, 2027.

This is a customer-facing support role where you’ll be at the center of daily operations – managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal partners.

Typical daily duties:

  • Provide support via phone and email regarding lab services, billing inquiries, and order/test status updates
  • Place orders, track shipments, and research shipment or order discrepancies
  • Create quotes, invoices, credits, and rebills while maintaining accurate records and resolving customer concerns

What we’re looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong customer-facing interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Solid technical skills including Microsoft Office, multitasking ability, and experience with order processing, invoicing, or quote creation
