Duties:
• Serving as the clients’ primary communication point person
• Acting as a liaison between clients and professionals
• Preparing client materials such as financial plans, contracts, and custodial paperwork
• Processing required minimum distributions and consolidating accounts
• Conducting security cost basis work and preparing statistical charts and financial analyses
• Supporting all aspects of the client relationship, including attending, and participating in meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in investment, stock brokerage, bank trust, or portfolio management
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with portfolio management software, including Advent, Tamarac, and MoneyGuide Pro preferred
