Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and supervise sanitation staff: scheduling, training, safety, and performance
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and reassembled per procedures
- Maintain electronic/paper records for audits and compliance
- Disassemble/reassemble equipment and perform line bottle changeovers
- Monitor and maintain cleaning chemical inventory
- Troubleshoot sanitation and quality issues
- Collaborate with chemical suppliers and internal teams
- Recommend improvements to sanitation processes and efficiency
Qualifications Necessary to be Considered:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role within sanitation or cleaning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks (e.g., kneeling, climbing, squatting)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
