Duties:

• Delivering excellent customer service and supporting order management
• Assisting with vacation coverage and order fulfillment tasks
• Coordinating with mills, warehouses, and the Inside Sales team on delays, stock checks, and reruns
• Learning and supporting the full order process for graphics, packaging, and specialty products

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with SAP or Salesforce as a plus
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Well-organized with solid email and time management
