We are hiring Manufacturing Associates to support a stable, high‑demand production facility in Gray, ME. This role focuses on small‑part and electronic bench‑style assembly in a clean, organized light-manufacturing environment.

In addition to newly increased pay rates on all shifts, these positions offer consistent schedules, predictable hours, and a clear temp‑to‑hire path for candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

The facility is centrally located with an easy commute from Portland, Freeport, Windham, Mechanic Falls, Lewiston/Auburn, and surrounding areas.

What the Work Looks Like:

Work assignments vary by department, but this role typically involves hands‑on assembly at a workstation or bench:

  • Assembling small parts or electronic components using written instructions, diagrams, or work orders
  • Using hand tools or small power tools to complete assemblies
  • Performing light soldering
