We’re now hiring an Engineering Liaison/Production Support Associate for a client in Kennebunk, Maine! This position has a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Our client offers excellent benefits once hired permanently and plenty of variety in daily tasks. This position pays $22 per hour and is temp-to-hire.

This is a unique role—you’ll serve as a liaison with engineering, writing SOPs, tracking part requests, and assisting with production support when needed. A great fit for someone who is meticulous, organized, and mechanically inclined. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

• Writing, updating, and maintaining SOPs based on engineering input
• Researching historical part requests and documenting findings for reference
• Tracking progress of part requests and ensuring timely communication with engineering
• Working with engineering teams on new part requests and process improvements
• Entering and updating equipment information sheets with accuracy
• Assisting in production as a floater when there are no active engineering requests
• Inspecting or monitoring production processes to ensure SOP compliance
• Coordinating with multiple departments to support efficiency and workflow

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional schooling a plus)
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and well organized
• Fork truck experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Computer proficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision
