If you’re an experienced controls/instrumentation professional who understands how to collaborate, monitor, test and troubleshoot complex electronic manufacturing equipment, optimizing processes, and keeping high-throughput industrial systems running reliably, this role is for you.

Typical daily duties:

  • PLC/HMI/Drives: Diagnose, program, and replace PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs; perform safe online edits and maintain backups/documentation
  • Electrical & Controls: Troubleshoot 12/24V control circuits, safety circuits, and single/3‑phase power; size wiring/fusing and read/update schematics
  • Automation & Reliability: Calibrate/maintain instrumentation, execute PMs, and lead root-cause fixes to reduce downtime and boost uptime
  • Systems & Fabrication: Install/repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems; perform mechanical repairs and light fabrication using shop tools
  • Parts, CMMS & Safety: Source parts, help manage inventory, keep accurate logs/drawings/PM records, and follow safety/housekeeping standards (forklift/lift use as needed)

What we’re looking for:

  • Controls Expertise: 5+ years hands-on with PLC/HMI/VFD troubleshooting, programming, and replacement in industrial environments
  • Electrical Fundamentals: Strong grasp of 12/24V DC control, single & three‑phase AC, safety circuits, correct wiring/fusing, and schematic reading
  • Instrumentation & Automation: Experience with loop checks, calibration, I/O, and industrial automation (e.g., EtherNet/IP/Modbus)
