• Provide direct supervision by assigning work, monitoring progress, and supporting the production team
• Set daily priorities, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production goals
• Perform production or technical tasks as needed to support the team
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, ergonomic, and security policies
• Communicate issues, updates, and operational concerns to upper management

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
• Strong organizational, communication, and people skills
