Typical Daily Duties:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships
• Update and maintain a robust CRM system with accurate, organized notes and customer information
• Troubleshoot customer questions and minor technical issues while providing exceptional service

• Comfortable and confident making cold calls and starting conversations
• Strong computer skills; ability to navigate CRM systems and troubleshoot basic technical issues
