This position is ideal for candidates who value flexibility. Although the scheduled hours are 11:00 AM-7:00 PM, team members must be available to stay until the last departing flight when necessary. Because delays can occur for a variety of reasons, shifts may occasionally run as late as 9:00 PM-9:30 PM.

If you’re dependable, show up every day, and have reliable transportation, you can earn a permanent spot (typically in about 2-3 months) and work your way up.

Daily work includes:

  • Handling and stacking lumber throughout the shift
  • Running and supporting sawmill equipment and production flow
  • Keeping production moving safely and efficiently
  • Working in varying conditions (dust, noise, heat/cold)

Qualities we’re looking for:

Sawmill or industrial experience is great, but our client is happy to train candidates that can demonstrate they are reliable and motivated.
