Our client in Milo is hiring dependable team members for 2nd shift including Builders and Machine Operators (Upcut Saw & Beam Saw). These positions pay $18/hr and are long-term opportunities with a consistent full-time schedule and overtime potential.
These are hands-on manufacturing roles ideal for candidates with carpentry, building, or machine operation experience. Typical Daily Duties:

• Perform carpentry and assembly work to build store fixtures and displays
• Operate saws, drills, Upcut Saws, Beam Saws, and other production equipment
• Follow blueprints, measurements, and work instructions to ensure quality products

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, or machine operation
• Comfortable operating saws and other machinery with training provided on specific equipment
• Ability to read a tape measure, follow instructions, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality

Human Resources Generalist – Support Operations Across Multiple Facilities

Pay Rate: $65,000–$70,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days

Our client is hiring an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple facilities. This position is perfect for a collaborative, people-focused professional who enjoys being hands-on and making an impact. This position pays $65,000–$70,000/year and is direct-hire.
This is a high-visibility HR role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, drive recruiting efforts, and support employee relations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Apply today!

Typical daily duties:

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding, compliance, and leadership training while supporting employee development efforts
• Promote workplace safety by supporting training, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance initiatives
• Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/ADA), HRIS updates (ADP Workforce Now), and assist with payroll coordination

What we’re looking for:

• Associate’s Degree preferred and experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desired
• Strong recruiting background with hands-on hiring support experience
• Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
• Ability to partner with leadership and work collaboratively across multiple locations
