Accounts Payable Clerk in Bangor, Maine

Our client in Bangor is currently seeking an individual with an associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent job experience to work as an Accounts Payable Clerk! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Apply today!

Location: Bangor, Maine
Compensation: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience) – WEEKLY PAY!
Schedule: M-F Days

What you’ll be doing:

• Posting vendor invoices and preparing check disbursements
• Validating and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining vendor information and terms
• Reviewing sales and use tax requirements
• Assisting in reconciliation of accounts
• Supporting month-end accruals and yearly audit tasks
