Prep Cooks – No Nights or Weekends!
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 7a-3:30p
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
Typical daily duties:
- Work with stoves, grills, ovens, broilers, slicers, blenders, and grinders
- Prepare a wide variety of meals on time and to specifications
- Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food safety protocols
- Rotate, store, and inventory products to ensure quality and safety
- Clean and maintain kitchen and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food handling, preparation, and cooking methods in a high-volume kitchen
- Familiarity with food safety protocols
- Excellent reading, comprehension, and math skills
