We have immediate openings for warehouse order pickers at a well-established distribution operation in York County.

Position Highlights:
- $22.00/hour
- Full-time, early shift (approx. 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Weekends required
- Paid lunch + scheduled breaks
- Structured 17-week temp-to-hire training program
- Training available in English & Spanish
- Team-oriented, fast-paced environment
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Picking full-case orders using a voice-directed system
- Operating a ride-on electric pallet jack
- Building pallets for shipment to local stores
- Staying active throughout your shift (walking, lifting, moving)
Important Job Requirements:
This is a physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to:
- Must be able to work weekends
- Lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly (including overhead)
- Work in an environment that is not temperature controlled
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
- Obtain clearance to operate equipment
- Pass a background check
