Associate COVID-19 Guidance

We want to first thank you for your continued patience, understanding, and continued work through these challenging times. Your dedication and commitment to your work does not go unnoticed and we appreciate you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your local Manpower office.

In addition to the guidance you saw on the page that led you here, we would like to provide some additional guidance that is related to your role as a Manpower associate.

Keeping you safe, healthy, and working is our top priority. In order to accomplish this, we must work together. Here is what we ask of you:

Stay Home If You Are Ill:

Please contact us and your supervisor immediately while on assignment if:

-If you have any of the following symptoms

-A fever of 100+ degrees

-Coughing

-Difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, or other respiratory issues

-Body aches

-Sore throat

-Diarrhea

-If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms, we advise calling ahead to a healthcare provider (your doctor, urgent care, ER) to tell them your symptoms and get next steps.

-You, or anyone you have been in contact with, has traveled to a high-risk area in the last 14 days.

-If you have been tested for COVID-19 and tested positive, CALL US IMMEDIATELY.

Follow All Safety Guidelines:

It is important to follow all safety guidelines set forth by the company.

-If unclear on guidelines, please contact your direct supervisor.

-If you are concerned about your health and safety while on assignment, please contact your Manpower representative immediately.

If you need a letter to demonstrate essential work status:

-Contact your Manpower representative and we will provide it.

-Keep a copy of the form with you at all times while traveling to and from work.

If You Experience a Loss of Work:

If your assignment ends at any point in time, you need to do the following:

-Contact your Manpower representative immediately.

-We will provide information on how to file for unemployment.

-We will begin looking for additional assignments for you in order to help keep you working.

-Contact your Manpower representative weekly to inform us of your availability.

Manpower will provide associates with any necessary updates:

-Return to work plans

-Changes in return to work timelines
