Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-11:00 AM (opportunity for additional hours once trained)

Our client is seeking a Facility Maintenance Part-Time Associate for an immediate opening in Springvale, Maine. Typical daily duties:
• Cleaning and disinfecting public areas and common surfaces throughout the facility
• Emptying trash and recycling, monitoring restroom supplies, and maintaining inventory levels
• Performing minor facility maintenance such as floor tape replacement, wall painting, changing light bulbs, and unclogging toilets

What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
