Pay: $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p
Assignment Length: Direct-hire

Duties:

• Answering and logging incoming phone calls, emails, and website inquiries
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting products by collaborating with end users, field technicians, and internal teams
• Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Analyzing technical inquiries, providing necessary documentation, and performing trend analysis on incoming calls
• Reviewing, updating, and contributing to Operator/Service Manuals and Infield Installation Instructions
• Providing part numbers, quotes, and entering parts orders as required

Requirements:

• Electromechanical background
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of ERP systems and computer proficiency
• Excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 40lbs and sit for long periods of time
