Pay: $15.50 – $16 per hour
Schedule: M-F 7a-3:30p or 11a-7:30p
Assignment Length: Long-Term Temporary

Duties:

• Clerical duties to include processing mail, filing, answering phones, greeting, and assisting visitors
• Entering and confirming customer orders
• Maintaining records and reports, reviewing and proofing calculations
• Compiling information and generating reports
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 – 4 years of experience in an office environment
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
