Duties:

• Preparing, tracking, following up, and expediting purchase orders
• Establishing and maintaining accounting of all purchase order activity
• Performing month of the end reporting and invoice reconciliation
• Preparing and following up on chargebacks and credits
• Collecting MSDS sheets from purchased material

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree & 3+ years of experience as a Buyer in manufacturing
• Knowledge of ERP buyer/planning systems
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
• Buyer experience with electronics industry/components
• Apics or NAPM certification a plus
