Duties:

• Applying Stage-Gate processes for project management, covering various project types from concept to production launch
• Coordinating multiple project factors (customer feedback, cost, timing, resources) for mutually beneficial outcomes
• Overseeing team activities and handling both day-to-day and long-term responsibilities like planning, development, and discipline
• Contributing in company-wide initiatives for future success, including committee participation, policy projects, and support for budget and forecasting
• Cultivating vital internal and external relationships to enhance stakeholder service
• Emphasizing customer-centricity among associates in all tasks
• Delivering customer value through Lean methodologies, targeting waste reduction in various forms, and promoting systemic problem-solving and process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience and 5+ years in a leadership role
• Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
• Understanding of the development of intellectual property
• Familiarity with the StageGate process
