Duties:

• Working with stoves, grills, ovens, broilers, slicers, blenders, and grinders
• Preparing a wide variety of meals on time and to specifications
• Monitoring food temperatures and using proper foods
• Rotating, properly storing, and inventorying products to ensure quality and safety
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in food handling, preparation, and cooking methods in a high-volume kitchen
• Familiarity with food safety protocols
• Excellent reading, comprehension, and math skills
