Duties:

• Directing and coordinating the revenue cycle process
• Supervising, working on professional development, and performance management of office staff
• Monitoring daily operating activity and improvements
• Creating and managing the department budget
• Overseeing billing, reimbursement, collections, accounts receivable, and management reporting
• Developing productivity goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of physician practice revenue cycle management leadership experience
• Experience with MS Office, eCW, and Advantx
• Excellent communication, delegation, organizational, prioritizing, and judgement skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Certified professional coder preferred
