Duties:

• Preparing various financial reports and spreadsheets and performing data entry
• Reconciling weekly cash-up reports from revenues received
• Setting up, monitoring, adjusting, and closing entries to document activity
• Reviewing and processing accounts payable, travel expenses, and financial contracts
• Organizing and managing the central filing system and off-site storage for records retention

Requirements:

• Associates degree in accounting or bachelors degree with 12 credits in accounting
• Strong background in financial journaling
• Understanding of accounting and reconciliation
• High proficiency in Excel
