Pay: $22 – $27 per hour
Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p
Assignment Length: Temp-To-Hire

Duties:

• Coding, documenting, and approving general ledger in compliance with policies and requirements
• Checking timecards for correct time punches, PTO, leave hours, and pay codes
• Entering data related to pay change information, special payments, and department changes
• Processing bi-weekly payroll through UltiPro system
• Answering timecard and payroll inquires and process-associated correspondence

Requirements:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting
• At least 3 years of payroll experience
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
