Pay: $80k-$90k per year
Schedule: M-F 7:30a-4p

Duties:

• Maintaining and improving the cost accounting system, estimating tools, documentation, and records
• Performing research and analysis for data-based decision making
• Preparing cost buildout for new products with manufacturing
• Developing overhead rate calculations, analysis, and methodology for assigning overhead costs to various products
• Analyzing labor, material, and overhead costs and identifying cost savings opportunities
• Tracking, documenting, and reporting costs savings results and feedback
• Preparing documentation such as cost models, margin analysis, and ERP reports
• Analyzing gross margins and inventory variances to understand production-related variances
• Preparing and analyzing reports for the difference between actual production costs and standard costs
• Administering, reviewing, and summarizing physical counts at all inventory sites
• Assisting with financial reporting requirements, annual budget, and monthly forecast
• Providing support for year-end close, audit, inventory count and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associates degree in accounting, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• CMA or CPA certifications a plus
