Duties:

• Performing a variety of routine food preparation and cooking
• Monitoring food temperatures and using proper foods
• Rotating, properly storing, and inventorying products to ensure quality and safety
• Reviewing orders for accuracy and packing for delivery
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior relevant experience in a high-volume kitchen setting
• Familiarity with food safety protocols
• Excellent reading, comprehension, and math skills
