Duties:

• Processing invoices and credit memos
• Verifying accuracy of invoices, researching, and resolving discrepancies
• Communicating with vendors to avoid payment delays, resolve discrepancies, and respond to inquiries
• Assisting with monthly closing processes
• Processing and settling credit card purchases, preparing and distributing reports
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Associates degree or combination of education and training
• Excellent customer service, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong math, computer, and problem-solving skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Previous accounting experience a plus
