Duties:

• Providing general administrative support to the Engineering department
• Supporting the project through accurate documentation & coordination
• Using file sharing software (i.e., SharePoint) to help with document management
• Communicating with all stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Prioritizing, follow-up and coordinating skills
• Ability to work with and take direction from several people
