Duties:

• Preparing new employee orientations and processing paperwork
• Assisting with the employee engagement platform, wellness initiatives and programs
• Running reports, creating letters, preparing for career fairs, tracking performance reviews and unemployment claims
• Assisting with benefit enrollments and terminations, open enrollment processing and leave requests
• Supporting the HR department with a variety of administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Associates degree in business related field
• Two years administrative or human resources experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and critical thinking skills
