Duties:

• Providing administrative and clerical support to the HR department
• Receiving, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls
• Opening and distributing incoming correspondence
• Monitoring, responding, and routing team emails
• Assisting with payroll and recruitment

Requirements:

• Valid Maine driver’s license
• Proficient in MS Office & G-Suite
• Experience in professional customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Human resources experience preferred
