Duties:

· Performing over-the-phone customer service
· Accurately completing volume data entry
· Supporting large-scale departmental projects & initiatives
· Researching and gathering documentation necessary to complete files

Requirements:

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
· Prior successful experience working with the public & serving customers
· Ability to work on dual monitors while navigating different systems
· Professional & courteous demeanor
· High school diploma/equivalent or above
