Duties:

• Fielding and replying to all incoming calls and online inquiries
• Working with management to improve the Technical Services Group
• Processing quotes and purchase orders
• Logging call and case data info the CRM or ERP
• Communicating with engineering personnel
• Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Analyzing and defining technical inquiries
• Providing test reports, data, manuals, drawings, and other information
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s quality assurance and satisfaction programs

Requirements:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or 3-5 years of equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Experience in international orders/shipments a plus
• Contract administration and bids knowledge a plus
