Duties:

• Answering phones, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
• Preparing and distributing correspondence, records, meeting agendas, notices, and other materials
• Organizing and maintaining the filing system
• Assisting with budget preparation and planning
• Preparing weekly payroll and requests for payment
• Tracking and collecting revenue, expenditures, and preparing daily deposits
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment
• Providing administrative support and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with computers and general office equipment
• Experience with MS Office
