Duties:

• Providing information to incoming order statuses and product knowledge requests
• Processing orders and changes
• Providing timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns
• Researching, routing, and resolving customer inquiries
• Collecting, sorting, cataloging, and scanning documents – summarize and provide feedback
• Supporting accounting department
• Performing other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a professional office setting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency
• Experience with administrative support preferred
