What you will be doing:

Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and chat 
Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively, resolving a variety of technical and non-technical issues, and alleviating confusion or frustration 
-Supporting company software on PCs, servers, and a wide variety of infrastructure
-Upselling and cross-selling customers as appropriate
-Maintaining accurate documentation of customer support requests

What Skills You Bring To The Job:

Prior technical support or IT experience, a degree in a technical field, or a strong passion for technology combined with extensive personal experience 
Availability to work any shift during the weekday hours of 9am-8pm and weekend hours of 9am-5:30pm 
-Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency by successfully completing a technical assessment
-Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a highly autonomous environment
-Strong analytical thinking skills, as well the ability to remain positive while adapting to changes in a complex technical environment
-Ability and desire to learn new technical processes, programs, and server based products
